Title: HR Senior Administration Specialist

Location: Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our existing client base and new clients to enable them to fully leverage the power of Blue Bison Human Resource Management software.

You must have had extensive experience and hands-on administration of Cayman payroll, pension and health care processes and procedures. A prior user or administrator of Blue Bison software would be major benefit, but not essential as training will be provided. Excellent customer facing skills that enable you to represent Blue Bison well within a customer’s environment. You will be required to become a non-technical "power user" of the Blue Bison software to enable you to demonstrate its capabilities to existing and new clients. Providing ongoing customer support when needed. You will also be required to provide valuable ongoing input to the technical team to ensure current and future releases of the software are meeting the requirements and demands of the clients and regulatory bodies.

This role provides for very flexible working hours and can be part-time or full-time based on the successful candidates preference.
