Title: Software Sales Representative

Location: Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands

Blue Bison Division of Paragon GRC Solutions, is seeking a Sales Representative.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking to expand our sales & marketing team and looking for a Cayman based Sales Professional , with at least 3 years’ direct commercial sales experience to promote and sell the highly successful Blue Bison HR/Payroll software solutions.

This role has a real customer focus and requires the individual to be engaging and knowledgeable. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding realistic revenue goals.

Role & responsibilities:

Gain a deep functional understanding of the Blue Bison software product suite.
Implement and follow a sales process to ensure any and all organizations that have a need that our products can fulfill are aware of our solutions
Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from initial contact, product demonstration, proposal and post installation client sales support.
Grow the already extensive client base on a monthly basis (add to the already 5,000 plus local employees that are being supported by Blue Bison HRM/payroll software).
Work closely with marketing to ensure our products and services are being promoted via web site and social media
Provide regular feedback to the software development team to ensure our products will meet the client/market needs.
Keep the sales opportunity system updated on weekly basis and provide management with regular progress reports.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:

A proven track record in providing excellent customer service and exceeding sales goals
Excellent communication skills, both face to face and over the phone, and the ability to liaise with clients at all levels, with a high focus on customer satisfaction
Experience in selling Human Resource Management software or similar line of business applications, would be advantageous but not a requirement.
Time Management with ability to multitask and prioritize
Technical competence with the use of commercial software.

Education level: Minimum High School Diploma with tertiary education desired

Starting Salary: USD$45,000.00 base with a very achievable USD70, 000.00 for on target revenue earnings

Title: HR Senior Administration Specialist

Location: Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our existing client base and new clients to enable them to fully leverage the power of Blue Bison Human Resource Management software.

You must have had extensive experience and hands-on administration of Cayman payroll, pension and health care processes and procedures. A prior user or administrator of Blue Bison software would be major benefit, but not essential as training will be provided. Excellent customer facing skills that enable you to represent Blue Bison well within a customer’s environment. You will be required to become a non-technical "power user" of the Blue Bison software to enable you to demonstrate its capabilities to existing and new clients. Providing ongoing customer support when needed. You will also be required to provide valuable ongoing input to the technical team to ensure current and future releases of the software are meeting the requirements and demands of the clients and regulatory bodies.

This role provides for very flexible working hours and can be part-time or full-time based on the successful candidates preference.

Title: Technical Account Associate

Location: Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands

Job Information:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our existing client base in the offshore markets to enable them to fully leverage the power of Blue Bison software. Also to expand the client base from new start-ups and small business to large enterprise customers.

You must possess customer facing skills that enable you to represent Blue Bison well within a customer’s environment and drive discussions with senior personnel. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges as you help our customers take advantage of the efficiencies, cost savings around the Blue Bison suite of governance, risk and compliance and human resource management product.

As a Software Technical Account Associate you will be the primary technical and sales point of contact for the clients.

Skills\Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred, working knowledge of software development practices and technologies is desirable.
External customer facing, onsite customer service experience is essential
Basic technical troubleshooting skills, including client-server software, web-based applications and Microsoft SQL Server
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly; Gain a deep understanding of the functions and features of Blue Bison software applications
Presentation skills; high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences
Engage with Director and C-Level executives to articulate the benefits of Blue Bison and how they can address their compliance business needs
Be mobile and travel to client locations as needed or provide support remotely using remote access tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Any relevant technical certifications is desirable
Experience:
2+ years design/implementation/operations/consulting experience for line of business applications
2+ years hands-on systems administration/networking /IT helpdesk/support/troubleshooting
5+ years IT/Technical Industry experience
Experience in software sales, after-sales support and account management
Exposure to offshore compliance, corporate management, human resource management software preferred
