Technical Account Associate
Location: Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands
Job Information:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our existing client base in the offshore markets to enable them to fully leverage the power of Blue Bison software. Also to expand the client base from new start-ups and small business to large enterprise customers.
You must possess customer facing skills that enable you to represent Blue Bison well within a customer’s environment and drive discussions with senior personnel. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges as you help our customers take advantage of the efficiencies, cost savings around the Blue Bison suite of governance, risk and compliance and human resource management product.
As a Software Technical Account Associate you will be the primary technical and sales point of contact for the clients.
Skills\Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred, working knowledge of software development practices and technologies is desirable.
External customer facing, onsite customer service experience is essential
Basic technical troubleshooting skills, including client-server software, web-based applications and Microsoft SQL Server
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly; Gain a deep understanding of the functions and features of Blue Bison software applications
Presentation skills; high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences
Engage with Director and C-Level executives to articulate the benefits of Blue Bison and how they can address their compliance business needs
Be mobile and travel to client locations as needed or provide support remotely using remote access tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Any relevant technical certifications is desirable
Experience:
2+ years design/implementation/operations/consulting experience for line of business applications
2+ years hands-on systems administration/networking /IT helpdesk/support/troubleshooting
5+ years IT/Technical Industry experience
Experience in software sales, after-sales support and account management
Exposure to offshore compliance, corporate management, human resource management software preferred
